Important Information About Shipping in Hot Weather

At Select Sweets, we always do our best to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition. However, during periods of hot weather, chocolate and other meltable products can be affected while in transit.

We include ice packs with all orders that contain temperature-sensitive items, but please note that:

• Orders are shipped in Australia Post satchels .

• Ice packs are effective for up to 48 hours, but may last less on days exceeding 35–40°C.

• We cannot guarantee that products won’t melt during transit, and refunds or replacements will not be issued for melted items.

Please consider these factors before placing your order during hot weather.
