Melted Products
Chocolate and confectionery products may soften or melt during transit, particularly during warmer weather.
While we may use ice packs and other protective measures where appropriate, we cannot guarantee products will arrive unmelted once they leave our premises.
Minor melting or softening does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.
